Agent Lancaster finds a psychotropic drug the CIA uses to force Yakuza tattooist, Takumi Endo, and his daughter, Michi, to dose the son of an Oyabun to steal the records of a rival gang resulting in The Massacre In Little Tokyo turning Michi into a Bosozoku vigilant.
