SYNOPSIS

Hollywood is a machine, and it will chew you up and spit you out. It's all about gilts and tits, glamor and guilds. Just the way we like it.

Alek has been working for the same Hollywood Executive for over ten years. He took this job only to get a foot in the door to the film industry. After a decade of being a glorified whipping post for his boss, he has had enough. He is going to finish everything on his to-do list and then kill himself in the bathtub. But as the day goes on, more and more things are added to his list that leads him to a life worth living.

MAIN CHARACTER

An assistant to a high-profile and extremely influential Hollywood Executive. Suffering from oppressive OCD, Alek manically tries to balance his career and personal life by putting everything on a to-do list- only getting through the day by crossing things off one at a time. A comical sense of madness in his method.

As long as it lives on the list, life is manageable- complete a task, then move on to the next. This rule seems to keep Alek's OCD appeased and makes him a highly efficient assistant. However, after ten years of being sidelined, abused, and overlooked, he has resigned to kill himself- only after checking off his to-do list. The only issue is, as the day goes on, Alek's list grows with more and more asinine and absurd tasks, delaying his final to-do but perhaps leading to some life-saving realizations.
